Collaborative AI planning.
Stakeholders, institutions and AI agents each bring something different. Coplanning is the overlap where all three meet — one system that co-creates, tests and governs what a place becomes.

The collaborative planning platform for cities — and the citizens reshaping their future.
In a workshop — on-site, online, in a classroom or a museum — participants transform real photos of a real place, then choose between AI-generated options. It runs in four forms of collaboration, and the output is always a mandate: documented, traceable, and defensible in a public meeting.
A mandate is not a picture. It is the written answer to “what did the public actually agree to want?” — with the dissent kept in.
One platform, two interfaces: the planning studio and the public square.
The planning studio
Planning teams co-plan internally — configuring agents, curating sites and shaping the session, before anything goes public. Departments across the institution use the same studio for design charrettes and policy evaluations.

The public square
Citizens and stakeholders take part in person or online — on mobile, laptop or iPad. On a tablet they can transform scenarios by drawing straight on the image.

06 Automatic reporting → a mandate
A record you can take into the room.
This is what “mandate” means, made concrete: a documented output with quantified agreement, recorded dissent, full provenance, and a professional sign-off — exportable as a report you can cite.
AI can imagine anything. Only a community can give it a mandate.
The method is built in the open, with public research.
New layers arrive through EU-funded innovation actions and university partnerships — not behind closed doors. The programmes behind the platform:
